Terms of Use for Sorayomi Note

Thank you for using this site. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully and agree to them.

Definitions

• HORIBA: HORIBA Ltd. is the operator of this website (hereinafter referred to as "Sorayomi Note").
• User: Any user who inputs About Photo or information to Sorayomi Note.
• Post: The act of entering information, including photos and comments, into Sorayomi Note and pressing the "Send" button, as well as the input information itself.
• Publication: The act of HORIBA making the submitted Post available for public viewing.

Terms of Use

1. Copyright
   The copyright of any Post belongs to the user who submitted it, but HORIBA and its affiliates are permitted to use the Post for any period, region, number of times, and in any manner they see fit, and to edit or modify the Post to the extent that the truthfulness of the content is not compromised in doing so. The use of the information shall be free of charge. Please note that there will be no compensation for use.
2. Publication of Postings
   Postings will be reviewed by HORIBA. Postings that HORIBA deems to be not in compliance with the terms and conditions will not be allowed to be published.
3. Guarantee of Rights
   The user guarantees that the About Photo or input information he/she posts does not infringe on the copyrights, personal rights or other rights deserving legal protection of third parties.
4. Dealing with Violations
   HORIBA reserves the right to delete any photo or About Photo submitted in violation of this guarantee. HORIBA reserves the right to remove any photo or information that does not comply with this guarantee, even after it has been published.
5. Criteria for publication of a Post:
   HORIBA will not consider a Post for publication in the following cases
   1. Posts that may offend public order and morals.
   2. Postings that contain photographs of people, whose personal information can be read or whose privacy can be infringed upon.
   3. Posts with defamatory or libelous expressions against a specific person or organization.
   4. Postings that contain images of logos of specific companies, etc., for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or solicitation.
   5. Postings related to elections, religion, or other specific ideologies.
   6. Postings intended to disadvantage HORIBA or HORIBA's affiliated companies.
   7. Postings that are inappropriate for the purpose of this project or that interfere with the operation of this project.
   Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding whether or not to publish the information.
6. Handling of Personal Information
   HORIBA does not collect personal information of Posters.
7. Sharing of Photos
   Posted photos may be shared by other users on Social Media and other sites.
8. Communication Costs
   Communication costs associated with Post are to be borne by the user.
9. Disclaimer
   The contributor is responsible for the photos posted. HORIBA will not compensate for any disadvantages suffered by the Poster as a result of the publication of the photos.
10. Others
    HORIBA reserves the right to modify or close Try Sorayomi Note at any time without notice. HORIBA reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to users and to take any necessary measures to ensure the proper operation of the site.
